CEO & Co-Founder
Suzanne Wouk is our fearless leader and CEO. She has long been involved in the reselling space, as she navigated eBay when it was a little-known site called AuctionWeb. She has built two companies, leading teams of engineers, contractors, marketers, and strategists to deliver innovative technology solutions that break down online selling barriers, with the ultimate goal of solving the problem of stuff.
Chairman / President & Co-Founder
Geoff Dillon is Chairman, President and Co-Hounder at SellHound. Geoff is a five-time CEO with an expertise in medical technology. A seasoned leader and innovator, Geoff is responsible for building 10 new market categories across 7 different industries. He brings fundraising, knowledge, vision, and passion to this new category.
Gary Herman is the CTO at SellHound. Gary is a lifelong coder and pioneer in his field. Gary is passionate about the intersection of social issues and technology and his world class expertise has been fundamental in the architecture of SellHound’s technology.
Director of AI and Engineering
Kathleen Tuite is the Director of AI and Engineering at SellHound. She holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Washington, where she focused on computer vision, crowdsourcing, and games with a purpose. She has over a decade of experience building interactive systems and viral web and mobile apps. Previously, she was the first employee at the visual AI startup GrokStyle (acquired by Facebook in 2019).
Director of Marketing
Alicia Earle is the Director of Marketing at SellHound, as well as the voice of the user when it comes to product development. Alicia has been a multi-platform fashion reseller for over 5 years in addition to co-founding, branding and marketing multiple startups. She has a degree in Environmental Studies and a passion for sustainability, technology and fashion.
Director of Operations and Sustainability
Deborah Lindsay is the Director of Operations and Sustainability at SellHound. Deborah has a critical eye for managing startups with precision and dynamism. She has an MBA in Sustainable Management and brings a deep knowledge of the circular economy to our team.
Director of Seller Happiness
Laura Greenfield holds a creative leadership position at SellHound, bringing her 20 years of experience as an eBay PowerSeller and a designer for the eBay product catalog. Laura has been involved in start-ups and team management with online selling technology companies.
Marc Faerber is the CFO of SellHound. Marc is technically driven and has extensive managerial experience in a wide range of roles, from public offices to dealings with Wall Street.
Robbin is a SellHound ambassador and eBay influencer. As an ecommerce expert, Robbin brings years of reseller and community building experience. Robbin was the Director of the Reseller Program at Worthpoint, an antiques research site.
Amber Caska is a venture partner for Portfolia’s Consumer Fund and is an active angel investor in Silicon Valley, focusing on women-led companies from consumer tech to healthcare. Her passion has been getting more women in the C-Suite and activating women as investors. She brings over 20 years of finance, investment and operations experience with over 12 years as an executive at two significant family offices (ex-Google Chairman, Eric Schmidt’s and Microsoft co-founder, Paul Allen’s)
Greg Fant is a Managing Partner at Revel-One, a consulting firm that helps companies scale Brand and Marketing Strategy and Operational Planning capabilities. Greg has 25+ years of marketing experience at a wide range of early stage, late stage, and public companies, including Thumbtack, One Kings Lane, eBay, and The Coca-Cola Company.
Richard Ferrari is Co-Founder and a Managing Director at De Novo Ventures which has raised $650 Million and invested in 44 start-ups, as well as the Founder of CTS the fastest start-up to an IPO ever in Silicon Valley. Additionally Rich has mentored numerous CEOs throughout his thirty-year career and is passionate about entrepreneurship, strategic investment and startup success stories.
CTO of Figure Eight, Robert is a Computational Linguist specializing in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Crowdsourcing, and Analytics. Robert has founded several AI companies and worked in many diverse environments, from Sierra Leone, Haiti and the Amazon, to London, Sydney and San Francisco, with organizations ranging from startups to Amazon AI and the United Nations.
Lewis is the President of the Apparel Impact Institute (Aii), a collaboration of brands, manufacturers and industry stakeholders founded in 2018 looking to improve the sustainability outcomes of the apparel and footwear industry. Prior to Aii, Lewis was the President of Cradle to Cradle Products Institute and led the Institute’s Fashion Positive initiative, which engaged fashion designers, manufacturers, brands and influencers in creating Cradle to Cradle Certified™ materials and products with the circular economy in mind.
Former Chief Innovation Officer at Xerox parc & president of SandHill Angels, Twenty years of corporate R&D, over ten years of angel investing, and many years of mentoring innovators and entrepreneurs. A computer scientist by training with a strong background in artificial intelligence, embedded systems, and healthcare.
Arjun Dev Arora
Arjun is currently “In Residence” at Expa and advises funds, startups and Fortune 100 companies. He is also a Part-Time Partner with the House Fund (investing in UC Berkeley student and alum founded companies). Arjun was most recently a Partner at 500Startups. Previously he was the head of business development for Yahoo! Real Estate. He was instrumental in helping bring residential listings online in the early days on real estate on the web.
Bradford Williams has a passion for marketplaces, having led communications strategy for eBay, Alibaba and Groupon. He’s a consultant to Silicon Valley startups, working with founding teams to define their purpose and tell their stories.
Randy Whiting focuses his work on early stage ventures, with a special attention to the creative and emerging space of video content and editing. His deep eCommerce experience, fundraising expertise and process and systems organization make him an invaluable hands-on advisor.
Portfolia Funds are led and advised by a team of highly sophisticated investors. They identify top entrepreneurial companies from around the country, lead investment diligence, and select and recommend investments for the fund. Portfolia Lead Investors are experienced investors, domain experts, and are active within the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
