This Refund Policy supplements our Terms of Service. By subscribing to a paid plan on SellHound, you agree to this policy.
1. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (e.g. monthly) as shown at checkout. Fees are charged through our payment processor (Stripe). You are responsible for keeping your payment method current.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. After cancellation, you typically retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Canceling does not refund the current period unless you qualify under our satisfaction guarantee below.
3. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the service, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase of a paid plan. Refunds are reviewed in good faith; abuse of this policy (e.g. repeated purchase-and-refund cycles) may result in denial of future refunds or account closure.
To request a refund, contact us at hello@sellhound.com from the email associated with your account and include your billing date and reason for the request.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Outside the 7-day satisfaction window, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. Partial refunds for unused time within a billing period are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis for billing errors or service outages materially affecting your use of the product.
5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback, we may suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve billing issues directly.
6. Changes
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, communicated by email or through the service.
