1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SellHound (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SellHound provides AI-powered product photography generation. You upload product images and our AI generates studio shots, lifestyle photos, model shots, and other creative variations.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

4. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refund eligibility and process are described in our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of images you upload. Generated images are licensed to you for unlimited commercial use, including on marketplaces, advertisements, social media, and printed materials. You may not resell the AI generation service itself.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content. You must have the rights to any product images you upload. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses arising from service downtime or AI generation errors.

8. Limitation of Liability

SellHound is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
